"Communicating public transport in the digital age: Impact of digitization on current and future traveler groups’, attitudes, satisfaction and travel behaviors"

I am a collaborator with this new project led by Johan Jansson of the Department of Business Administration at Lund University. We received 5m SEK from K2 to investigate "how public transportation companies can use digitization and communication to their advantage in order to satisfy their different customers and thus increase public transportation’s attractiveness and market share."
